Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VIKSVOS – thank you so much for visiting my shop!
These Terms & Conditions explain how I (Elena) run my small business and what you agree to when ordering something from www.viksvos.com. I try to keep everything clear and fair, so please read through this page before placing an order.

 

1. About Me

 

My name is Elena Nekrošienė, and I create natural, handmade clothing and accessories for women and children under an individual activity certificate No. 144550.

2. Handmade Nature

 

Every piece in this shop is made by hand — that means each one is unique!

Product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are provided in good faith, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods.
While I do my best to show colors and textures accurately in photos, please remember that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. 

 

3. Ordering

 

When you place an order through the website, you’re agreeing to buy the chosen items under these Terms.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, I’ll start preparing your package with care.
If, for any reason, I can’t complete your order, I’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

 

4. Prices & Payments

 

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes within the European Union. Customers placing orders from outside the EU are responsible for any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties that may apply in their country.
For customers in the USA, all applicable customs tariffs are already included in your receipt and shown as “taxes.”


I currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / debit cards
     

  • PayPal
     

  • Bank transfer
     

  • Cash (only for local pickups by prior arrangement)
     

If payment doesn’t go through or is canceled, I may not be able to complete your order.

5. Shipping

 

I ship all orders from Vilnius, Lithuania, and offer worldwide shipping.
Available destinations, shipping times, and prices appear during checkout – you can also read more on my Shipping & Returns page.

Once your parcel leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If something goes wrong (like a lost or damaged package), please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to help.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

 

I genuinely hope you’ll love your handmade piece. But if it’s not quite right, you can return it.

You can return any ready-made item within 14 days of receiving it — just email me at helloviksvos@gmail.com to start the process.

A few important notes:

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original labels/tags attached.
     

  • You’re responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
     

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (created specifically for you, with the alterations not mentioned in the product's description) can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
     

  • Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll issue a refund using your original payment method.
     

If you receive an item that’s damaged or faulty, please email me with photos within a few days of receiving it — I’ll happily repair, replace, or refund it.

 

7. Cancellations

 

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I can cancel it and refund you. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process above.

 

8. Privacy

 

Your privacy matters to me.
I only collect and use your personal data (like your name, address, and email) to process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you if needed.
I never share your information with anyone else, except as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, with postal or courier services).

 

9. Liability

 

I do my very best to make sure everything reaches you safely and as described.
However, I can’t take responsibility for delays or issues caused by postal services or customs.
If something goes wrong, please reach out — I always aim to find a kind and fair solution.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms are based on Lithuanian law and follow EU consumer protection rules.
If you ever have a concern or dispute, please contact me directly first — I’m sure we can sort it out together.
If needed, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer complaints.

 

 

11. Final Words

 

Thank you for supporting my small, slow-made brand.
Every order means a lot — your patience and kindness make it possible for me to keep creating pieces that are natural, beautiful, and made with love.
