Billing

You can pay in the VIKSVOS store in several ways:

- Secure credit / debit card

- PAYPAL  

- You can also choose to pay in cash by picking up the product at VIKSVOS workshop (pick-up must be agreed in advance by e-mail helloviksvos@gmail.com). There is a possibility to pay via direct bank transfer.

Returns

If you have changed your mind and want to cancel the order - let us know as soon as possible, but no longer than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods via email helloviksvos@gmail.com. If the goods have already been shipped, they will need to be returned at the expense of the buyer.  

If you cancel the contract immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return, we will refund the money received from you, including delivery costs. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used to make the original payment transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.

Returned goods must be unused, labels not removed - as received (unpacking the parcel for inspection is not considered as use). You can use the same box you received your goods from us for the return. In this case, be sure to remove the old shipping labels,  pack the goods securely, seal package well, write / print the new consignment data and send.

Individual orders, goods specifically tailored to the needs of the buyer cannot be returned.

If the product received is of poor quality (as defined in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code), write to helloviksvos@gmail.com, indicate the defect and we will replace the product with the same new one or another, or return the money (according to your choice). Returning defective goods  costs are the responsibility of the seller.
