VIKSVOS parduotuvėje atsiskaityti galima keliais būdais:

- PayPal

- Taip pat gali pasirinkti atsiskaitymą grynais pinigais atsiimant prekę VIKSVOS dirbtuvėse (atsiėmimas turi būti suderintas iš anksto el. paštu helloviksvos@gmail.com) arba pasirinkti tiesioginį bankinį pavedimą.

2. Handmade Nature

Every piece in this shop is made by hand — that means each one is unique!

Product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are provided in good faith, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods.
While I do my best to show colors and textures accurately in photos, please remember that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.

3. Ordering

When you place an order through the website, you’re agreeing to buy the chosen items under these Terms.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, I’ll start preparing your package with care.
If, for any reason, I can’t complete your order, I’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes within the European Union. Customers placing orders from outside the EU are responsible for any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties that may apply in their country.
For customers in the USA, all applicable customs tariffs are already included in your receipt and shown as “taxes.”

I currently accept the following payment methods:

PayPal
Bank transfer
Cash (only for local pickups by prior arrangement)

If payment doesn’t go through or is canceled, I may not be able to complete your order.

Jeigu persigalvojote ir norite atšaukti užsakymą - praneškite apie tai kuo greičiau, bet ne ilgiau nei per 14 dienų nuo prekių gavimo dienos el. laišku helloviksvos@gmail.com. Jei prekės jau bus išsiųstos, jas reikės grąžinti pirkėjo sąskaita.

Jums atsisakius sutarties nedelsdami ir bet kuriuo atveju ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo tos dienos, kai gausime jūsų grąžinamas prekes, grąžinsime Jums iš Jūsų gautus pinigus, įskaitant pristatymo išlaidas. Mes atliksime tokį grąžinimą naudodami tokį patį mokėjimo būdą, kokį Jūs naudojote atlikdamas pradinę mokėjimo operaciją, nebent Jūs aiškiai sutikote su kitu būdu.

Grąžinamos prekės turi būti nenaudotos, nedėvėtos, su nenuimtomis etiketėmis - tokios, kokias gavote (siuntinio išpakavimas norint pirkinį apžiūrėti nelaikomas jo naudojimu). Grąžinimui galite naudoti tą pačią dėžutę, kurioje gavote. Tokiu atveju būtinai nuimkite senus siuntų lipdukus, prekes saugiai supakuokite, siuntą gerai užklijuokite, užrašykite/priklijuokite naujus siuntos duomenis ir išsiųskite.

Individualūs užsakymai, specifiškai pirkėjo poreikiams individualizuotos prekės negali būti grąžintos.

Jei atsitiko taip, kad gauta prekė yra nekokybiška (kaip apibrėžta Civilinio kodekso 6.363 straipsnyje) parašykite helloviksvos@gmail.com, nurodykite defektą ir mes prekę pakeisime tokia pačia nauja ar kita, arba grąžinsime pinigus (pagal jūsų pasirinkimą). Nekokybiškos prekės grąžinimo siuntimo išlaidos yra pardavėjo atsakomybė.

8. Privacy

I only collect and use your personal data (like your name, address, and email) to process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you if needed.
I never share your information with anyone else, except as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, with postal or courier services).

9. Liability

I do my very best to make sure everything reaches you safely and as described.
However, I can’t take responsibility for delays or issues caused by postal services or customs.
If something goes wrong, please reach out — I always aim to find a kind and fair solution.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are based on Lithuanian law and follow EU consumer protection rules.
If you ever have a concern or dispute, please contact me directly first — I’m sure we can sort it out together.
If needed, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer complaints.
